hehe Xixmeister you are the first here outside of the team that has said anything about FSFC, all I can say is that we are miles ahead of where they died.
hmm I think that there is something about being Dutch and FS, I am also Dutch in away. Both of my grand parents on my mother's side are Dutch who migrated over to Australia. That being said i can't speck a word of dutch, nither can my mum.
But I am guessing that XFile said "where are you?" or "where are you from?" or "what provence you from/are in?"

Woooo Beams!
Anyways, I said something like 'what province', short for, in which province do you live?
I guess for us Dutch not all cool space games make it to our country. And the ones that do get almost no PR at all, so we're glad to have stumbled upon the Freespace franchise. That's my guess anyway.
I recently bought Nexus - The Jupiter Incident. Excellent game so far.
As far as I know, it hasn't got any press in our country. The plus-side of that it's relativly cheap (I got it for 19,95).
I guess the space combat/simulator/rts/rtt genre isn't all that interesting. As long as it's not one of the big franchises anyway (Star Wars/ Star Trek).

well I was kind of right. v0.25 will be released when it's done, if that isn't within the next 4 weeks then I'll release what we have got so far. I got Nexus: JI as well, it's a good game save for all the clicking that you have to do. It's annoying how your ships won't fire all their weapons when you use the AI attack functions. Anyhow I am not going to be arround next week as on a small tropical island just north of the tropic of capracorn, ah you have to love school excursions

Hey guys, new to the forums, big fan of the freespace series and of homeworld, to make a long story short freespace was my first computer game and to play it as a strategy game is a dream come true (I have actually had dreams about this! but i'm sane) keep up the good work!!!

Hello all, just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm Kalfireth from over at Hard Light Productions. Hopefully you guys will already have heard of us (as one of the few FreeSpace mod sites out there on the net). I've been meaning to check out your mod for some time now and today I finally did. So here I am, registering to say you've done a great job so far and I wholy appreciate the effort you've put in. Very very impressive indeed. Also, in the interests of inter-site relations, do feel free to stop by at www.3dap.com/hlp/ and advertise this mod. I know you've already stopped by - and I think it'd be really nice to get news of this mods progress out to reach as many people as possible.
